Who am I to lead you on such an epic journey?

I'm Lindsey Barr - attorney, corporate exec, and certified coach, with 15+ years working with some of the most prestigious law firms and companies in the world.

And less than a year ago, I was just like you.

On paper? Thriving. In reality? Managing a intense anxiety and a relentless inner critic.

Not that I let it show.

To everyone else I was the Ambassador of Fun -- leading our employee engagement committee, closing down every holiday party (and after party), facilitating silent discos at corporate retreats. Fun is in my DNA, and I thrive on connection, community, high fives and great vibes!

But just last August, I realized something: I wasn't actually thriving. All that energy I poured into creating joy on the outside... was really an extremely extroverted coping mechanism for what was happening on the inside.

That's when I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

I learned how to take control of the way I process the world (and my own stress and anxiety) - and my whole life bloomed before my very eyes.

Now the fun I create on the outside reflects the freedom and joy I feel on the inside!

And as an ICF certified coach specializing in NLP, I've found my purpose: helping attorneys and professionals realize you don't have to sacrifice your mental well-being to have a wildly successful career and life -- and showing you how to have a whole lot more fun while doing it.
